10-DAY TOGO TOUR ITINERARY
DAY 1 - Welcome to Lomé Arrival at Lomé International Airport: Depending on your flight arrival time, you'll be transferred to your hotel or the beach. Dinner and Overnight: Relax and enjoy dinner at the hotel in Lomé.
DAY 2 - Lomé to Togoville Morning: Visit the Big Market of Lomé. Explore the International Museum of the Gulf of Guinea. See the Fetish Market and Lomé Cathedral. Afternoon: Depart for Togoville, famous for its voodoo culture. Visit Togoville Village and the Togoville Cathedral, where Pope John Paul II celebrated Mass in 1985. Discover the voodoo practices and traditional rites. Check out the Barter Market (Wednesdays only). Visit Mama Fikbo and the Voodoo Convent. Evening: Spend the night in Aného.
DAY 3 - Aného to Kpalimé Morning: Visit the Glidji Chapel and explore the fetishes and sacred stone worship. Walk along the beaches of Aného, a historical city with colonial architecture where the Atlantic Ocean meets Lake Togo. Afternoon: Visit the Slave House in the village of Agbodrafo. Depart for Kpalimé. Evening: Arrive and overnight in Kpalimé.
DAY 4 - Kpalimé to Kouma Konda Morning: Visit the Kpalimé Market, Craft Center, and Potter Workshops. Afternoon: Take a swim at Womé Waterfall (a 30-minute walk). Enjoy a traditional music and dance show in the late afternoon. Evening: Arrive at Kouma Konda for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 5 - Kouma Konda & Mount Klotho Morning: Hike through local flora and fauna, observing various species of insects, butterflies, and birds. Afternoon: Picnic at Tkobli Waterfall. Visit the Kouma Tkobli Village and discover vegetable paints. Explore Mount Klotho. Evening: Dinner and overnight in Kouma.
DAY 6 - Kouma Konda to Danyi Morning: Depart for Danyi, stopping at Kpimé Waterfall. Afternoon: Take a walk through the Danyi plantations, guided by local farmers. Visit the Djogbegan Monastery, where monks produce jams, cookies, and teas. Evening: Overnight in Danyi.
DAY 7 - Danyi to Kara Morning: Depart early for Kara. Enjoy a long drive through the Faille d'Aledjo. Afternoon: Visit the Weavers of Bafilo. Take a short tour of Kara. Evening: Dinner and overnight in Kara.
DAY 8 - Tamberma & Kara Morning: Visit sites around Kara, exploring the Tamberma Village and the stunning landscape of eroded ocher cliffs in the Atakora Mountains. Discover the unique architecture of local homes, called Tatas. Afternoon: Visit the Wildlife Parks and Djamdè Sarakawa. Evening: Dinner and overnight in Kara.
DAY 9 - Sokodé to Lomé Morning: Depart early and drive back to Lomé. Stop at Sokodé and Atakpamé. Afternoon: Visit the Museum of the Ewe People in Notsè and learn about the history of Agbogbo. Evening: Dinner and overnight in Lomé.
DAY 10 - Last Day in Togo Morning: Enjoy breakfast with the team. Pack up and enjoy a free day for shopping or leisure. Evening: Transfer to the airport for departure.
